All photographic entries must be a minimum of at least 1500 pixels in size in at least one direction (width OR height). To ensure good enough quality for printing, digital files cannot be upsampled from a lower resolution. (when sizing in "Image Size," "resample" must NOT be checked.) Please avoid attaching files larger than 10MB in size. Resize as necessary to 360ppi and between 1500 and 3000 pixels in any one direction. Please flatten any layered files. Flattened PSDs, TIFFs or high quality JPEGs are the preferred formats.

Film-based, alternative-process, antique-process, or collage-based photographic prints must be scanned at 300 ppi resolution minimum at 100 percent of printed size either by you or with the help of the Phoenix staff. As above, the minimum size of 1500 pixels in one direction is required for photographic entries. Ask the Phoenix staff for assistance if necessary.

Submissions are limited to 2 per medium, or 4 total. A series is considered one submission.
